This website is operated by Corpus Christi Urban Properties, LLC (“Urban Properties,” “we,” “us”), a licensed Texas real estate brokerage (TREC Broker License #9000508). This policy covers information collected through this website and the forms on it.
When you request a rent analysis, send a maintenance request, contact us or apply for a rental, we collect what you choose to enter: typically your name, phone number, email address, property address, details about your property or request, and any message you include.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or other sensitive financial information through website forms. Rental applications and payment details are handled directly with our office.
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may record basic technical information such as your browser type, device, approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you visit and how you arrived at the site. And when required by law, regulation or subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is useful to respond to you and serve you, and longer where Texas law or TREC rules require us to keep transaction and management records.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we receive. No website or email transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information through forms or email.
