We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We design and test this site to work with keyboards, screen readers and zoom, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time project.
Text is set to meet color-contrast guidelines against its background. Images carry descriptive alternative text, and purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers. Pages use clear headings and landmarks so they can be navigated by structure. Forms have visible labels and plain-language error messages. The site works at any zoom level and on phones, tablets and desktops, and respects your device’s reduced-motion setting.
Some documents we link to, such as forms published by the Texas Real Estate Commission, are provided by third parties and may not be fully accessible. The embedded map on our contact page is provided by Google. If you have trouble with any of these, contact us and we will provide the information another way.
