How It Works

Download the application and fill it out for every adult who will live there
Bring it to 5117 Williams Dr (Mon–Fri, 9 to 5) or send it back the way we sent it to you, with the $50 fee
We verify income, rental history and background, then call you with the answer

Application fee: $50 per adult applicant, paid when you submit. We look for: stable, verifiable income and rental history. Pets and other specifics are set per property; ask before you apply.

Before You Apply

Applicants usually ask

What do I need to bring?

Photo ID, proof of income (recent pay stubs or an offer letter), and your last two landlords’ contact info.

How long does approval take?

As soon as income and rental history are verified. We call you with the answer.

Is the fee refundable?

No. It covers the screening whether or not you’re approved.

Do you accept pets?

It depends on the property. Ask about the specific unit before applying.
